遠州灘近辺の河豚を食べに
延縄ではなく釣りの4〜6キロまでのものを使うという
浜松といえばルアーメーカーメガバスも有名だ
メガバスのジグなら全てが静岡産になるな笑
刺身、唐揚げ、鍋とひと通りでてきた なかなかパワフルな味だ ボリュームもあるし何よりコストパフォーマンスが良い 都内の日本料理屋ではこの河豚のパフォーマンスは極めて少ないだろう
河豚屋でなく日本料理として比べるなら京都府「鈴江」の河豚の献立あたりと比べるとコース全体的に深みはそこまでなかった
河豚屋といえば兵庫県の丸安や大分県や山口県の某店など久しく行ってないので再訪したい気持ちにさせられた
大型の個体ならやっぱり豊後が好きだな 大型ならね！
