Hamamatsu trip with my mother. It's eel after all! I wanted to go to Hamamatsu Castle after dinner, so I decided on Motojotei on the 18th floor of the hotel right next door! I headed there without making a reservation. The waiting time is said to be about 30 minutes, and you can check the progress on your smartphone while you wait. While checking them out, I took a break in the lobby on the first floor. It was a sunny, hot and sweaty day, so being in a cool hotel was the perfect environment. While I was cooling off in the lobby, I was shown around earlier than expected. As expected from a hotel, the customer service is very polite and pleasant. The seat I was shown to was a table with a view of Hamamatsu Castle. The wonderful location will leave you speechless. Spectacular view! I felt excited even before I ate it. The most important thing is the eel, and both my mother and I ordered the eel ju. It came with liver soup and pickles. An indescribably luxurious system that allows you to grind domestically produced Japanese pepper by yourself. Freshly ground Japanese pepper has a different aroma and taste. The eel is very nice, soft and meaty! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. It was the most delicious eel I've ever eaten ♡ The pickles were elegant and delicious as well. Liver sucking also has a gentle taste. Full stomach very happy. It became a memory of my trip. Thank you for the treat.
