ずーっと前から気になっていた、桝形さんへ行ってきました。磐田にある豚汁やさんです。朝は10時からやっているようで、時間によってはならんでいることあるようです。
この日は11時と前について、席の8割くらいうまっていました。回転が速いのでそこまで長時間待つことはないように思います。
ご飯の中ととん汁の中とおかずを注文はしました。おかずはショーケースから取っていくスタイルです。
おかずは良くも悪くも普通です。メンチカツはお肉がざくざくで美味しかった印象です。
メインのとん汁はなんというのか、濃厚で具材はたっぷりの豚とお豆腐のみです。味噌ラーメンのスープみたいな濃さでした。これもこれでありかなぁと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
