私は色んなお店で食べて、食べた時にお店の人とのコミュニケーションも大事にする。
飲食店や食材のお店で色んなコミュニケーションをすると色んな情報をゲット出来るのはありがたい事
今回はそんなお店の知り合いから教えてもらったお店に訪問してみる。
家からはそんなに近くなく、車で40分くらいかかったかな？
11時の開店前に到着して店内へ
店内は入口から右に座敷、左の方はテーブル席とカウンターがあり、ゆったりしてます。
1人だったのでカウンターに座って好みを店員さんに伝えてオーダーを考えます♪
こちらのお店は漁で獲れた魚の中から良い所を厳選して提供してくれるんだそうで
地魚刺盛定食1650円（税込）
を注文ヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ
そういや太刀魚もあるという事で
太刀魚塩焼きも単品でお願いしました990円
開店直後から続々と来店♪
しばし待って到着した刺盛定食は
鰹をメインとしたもので戻り鰹を堪能定食です
鰹の他に太刀魚、真鯛、鯵、海老、サワラ、イカ、とびっこ等と豪華
それに小鉢と味噌汁が付きます♪
味噌汁は魚で出汁を取った物でしたヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ
太刀魚の塩焼きは頭よりのふわっとしたもので、真子も美味しい♪
お米も美味しく手抜きなし
やっぱり美味しいお店の店長さんがおすすめする海鮮のお店は間違いありませんでした♪
次は家族と一緒に来店決定です
金曜と土曜は夜営業もあります
