When I went on a business trip to Kakegawa in Shizuoka, a customer invited me to Norakuro, where I could enjoy a full course of soft-shelled turtle dishes. It was actually my first time to try soft-shelled turtle dishes, but each dish was very tasty and delicious. I was especially satisfied with the fresh raw liver and the rich dashi stock of the soft-shelled turtle hotpot, which was delicious enough to seep into my body. The staff were also very kind to me, and I felt very comfortable there.
