静岡県焼津市にある魚いちさん。
焼津市を訪問した際に偶然に通りがかって入店しました。
入店すると手指の消毒をして着席します。
食事の注文をすると、伝票の裏に住所、氏名、電話番号を記入します。
コロナウイルス感染症で万が一のことがあった場合に備えてのことだそうです。
後から人気店であることを知ったのですが、人気の理由は魚の鮮度と味だと思います。
テレビ番組の取材も多く、多くの有名タレントや有名スポーツ選手のサインが店内に飾ってありました。
この日は海鮮丼(税込み１２００円)を頂きました。
色々な魚介類がご飯に載っていましたが、どの魚介も鮮度が良いことが分かるくらい臭味もなく、本当に美味しかったです。
イカは最近食べた中で一番でした。
イカの隣に写っている鮪のたたきは鮪の剥き身に余計な油を加えていないようです。
さすが魚の街だなと感じました。
ちなみに、海鮮丼のごはんは酢飯でした。お魚と相性◎でした。
