焼津で仕事のはずが中止になったでござる。
現地休みになって焼津神社とか猟具博物館行って、
お昼ご飯はこちら黒潮さん〜。
お店は観光とかで来やすい駅に比較的近い住宅街近く。
外観内装はいかにも海の幸出してくれそうなお店〜！
平日お昼のランチの海鮮丼のつもりで入ったけれど、
マグロの頬肉ステーキ丼にひかれるな…。こっちお願いします！マグロのの頬肉ステーキとかおいしいって、よく聞くし。
サラダのようなたっぷりの野菜にソテーされたマグロ肉！

おいしい！けど期待したほどのものではないかな(^◇^;)。
これはお店とは関係なく。
焼いたマグロ肉はしっかりしてるけど、
根本のマグロのにおいが残ってるから、
なんか惜しい感じ。ステーキでなく、
マグロの煮付けたのとか、
シンプルに軽く炙って醤油とか、
生で普通に刺身で良くないかなーとか考えちゃう。
他のところではバターソテーとかのメニューも見たけど、
動物性の旨味を足すなら肉で良さそうだし。
でも、マグロのさっぱりした味わいと、
しっかりした食感をサラダ仕立てで食べるのは
お昼ご飯にちょうどよく、美味しかったです！
