お寿司が食べたいけどスシローはちょっと飽きてきたな、、、
今日はもうちょっと美味しいお寿司を食べようか。
と、サクッと検索してこちらがヒット。
日曜日のお昼。
11時開店に合わせて行きましたが、5組程行列していました！
回転…もとい流れ寿司で行列なんて初めて！
入店するとテーブル席に通されます。
大き目のテーブルの中央にコンベアー？レーン？の様な物。
ここに注文した料理が流れてくるって訳ですね！
面白い♪
これを挟んで座る為、向い側とは少々遠くなります。
お茶を作る為のお湯を出す場所は向い側とこちら側の2か所に付いています。
これは、、、通常の回転寿司よりも設備が大掛かりだわね。
注文はタッチパネルです。
しかも前後左右に動いてくれるので見やすい！
す、すごい！
早速、まぐろやイカを注文。
大き目のお皿で流れてきて、目の前のレーンにサッ！
そのままゆっくりと食べていると次の皿がサッ！
どうやら到着したらレーンから取り上げないと渋滞を起こすようですね。
お皿が結構大きくて重いので沢山食べたら邪魔になるなぁ、と思っていたら、
店員さんがかなりの頻度でお皿を下げてくれますので安心のようです。
さてまぐろとイカ。
まずネタが大きい～！
もちろん最高級ではありませんが、十分に満足する美味しさ♪
そしてやっぱり職人さんが握ってくれるお寿司の方が断然美味しいですね～♪
スシローも1皿100円と考えると美味しいですが、やはり別物です。
鯵。
厚い身の鯵は勿論美味しく、骨はカリッと揚がって添えてあります。
これが又旨い♪
ボタン海老。
プリッとした身は甘くとろとろ。
頭が揚げてありましたが、ちょっと硬くて食べるのは難しかったです。
小肌。
程よい〆加減、なかなか旨い。
小肌好きなんですよね。
小肌だけ20皿とか行けると思う。行かないけど。
他にもまぁ沢山食べました。
初めての流れ寿司だという事もあって、とても楽しく美味しく頂きました。
他のテーブルの方はランチのセットを頼んでいる方が多かったです。
確かにお得なランチも沢山あったので次回はそれを頼んでみようかしら。
