建て替えたばかりのせいもあるのかもしれないが，清潔感があり，美味しものを食べさせてくれそうな空気がある。

常連さんとの差が生じるのはしょうがなかろうが，ちょっと地元の話で盛り上がり過ぎかなぁ。
女性陣はテキパキとしていて，座敷に何組か客があったようだが，お酒などを頼んでも酷く待たされるようなことは一切なかった。

大変充実している。あれもこれも注文したくなる。この店ではその日のおすすめメニューから自分の好むものを探すのが良いのだろう。

今回は 6000 円で見繕ってもらったが，料理自体はまぁ普通な出来栄えと言える。
この店の真実を知るには，その日のお薦めを自分の目で確かめて注文することだと思う。一般の居酒屋では決して乗らないような，うずうずする様な料理がいくつも乗っていた。この日目に着いたのは，鰹のヘソの刺身。この日並んでいた鰹のヘソは，これまで見たことのない立派なサイズ。焼いたり煮たりしたものは食したことはあったが，刺身で食べたことは一度も無い。そんな時，隣に座った男性二人組が鰹のヘソ込みの刺身盛り合わせを頼んだ。私は相当うらやましそうな目で見ていたのだろう，鰹のヘソを食べるように一切れ分けてくれた。胡麻油と塩で食べるのが流儀らしい。タップリつけて食べるように言われたので，遠慮なく胡麻油をつけて口に入れると ・・・ 魚と言うより肉。心臓だから当然と言えば当然か。美しい真っ赤な身がシャキシャキとした歯ごたえを与えてくれる。生臭みは一切なし。味わいと言うより歯ごたえを楽しむもののようだった。次回お邪魔した際にまた置かれていたら，絶対注文したい。
この手の店では初見で判断するのは大間違いにつながるように思う。これから何度かお邪魔してたっぷり楽しませてもらおうと思う。
