Anniversary festival underway! Enjoy Fujieda cuisine and local sake in a relaxing Japanese atmosphere in a backstreet in front of Fujieda Station.
Once you pass through the noren curtain, you will find yourself in a relaxing Japanese space, wrapped in the warmth of wood. You can enjoy your meal with a glass of local sake while watching the chef'
...s elegant movements over the counter. We value our encounters with our customers and aim to be a restaurant that builds relationships with them. We use local ingredients and offer a variety of dishes that bring out the charm of seasonal ingredients. In spring and autumn, we serve raw sakura shrimp or kakiage. In early summer, we serve new tea tempura that captures the aroma of new tea. In autumn, we boast deep-fried figs from Fujieda. In winter, we serve hot tofu made with tofu carefully selected by a local tofu craftsman. Please enjoy the dishes that our craftsmen have painstakingly prepared. We offer sake to go with the dishes, including Kikusui, Suginishiki, Shitaizume, and Hatsugame, all brewed by four local Fujieda breweries. It is also fun to find your favorite one with the <Sake Tasting Set>. Our staff looks forward to welcoming you and offering seasonal recommended dishes (from 500 yen) and course meals (from 3,600 yen).
