仕事で寄ったまぐろの町焼津で、やはりまぐろを食すべく
行って来ました。
海沿いに出て偶然通り掛けに見つけ、
予備知識は無いまま入ってみました。
お店は海の幸を扱った複合施設の2階。
潮の香りが漂う空気に、期待が高まります。
頼んだのは、ランチのまぐろ頬カツ定食1000円。
キリの良い値段と食べ応えを期待して。
味はジューシーで柔らかく、筋っぽさが少ないまぐろの頬肉が美味い。
カツにすると、食べ応えもグッと増します。
カツという調理法ゆえ、新鮮さがそこまで分からないけど、
臭みやクセはそんなに感じなかった。
下味の加減も良く、魚の身を殺さないで、良い意味で
おかずとしてご飯の共に引き上げてます。
その上々のおかずに対して、ご飯がお替り自由なのもサービスの良さ。
割とリーズナブルに中トロなど良い部位も頂ける点も
観光客のみならず、近場から足を運ぶ価値有りでしょう。
