店主自ら畑や山、海なので収穫してきた鮮度抜群食材です。
春から山菜。秋からはキノコを中心に、山に入って収穫してきた天然の山菜やキノコ料理をお出ししています。 また少量ですが畑で作っている自家製野菜も 。また魚も太刀魚やキスなどを中心に自ら釣ってきてます。 『行者ニンニク』や『松茸』など稀少なものにもお目にかかれるかもです。 特に野生のキノコの力強い味や風味、是非味わってみてください。 |
久しぶりにお邪魔しましたが以前と変わらず料理が美味しい。日本酒も拘りの純米酒が美味しかったです。
