大喜ラーメンの麺は中細の弱縮れ麺でピリ辛のスープに絡んで、茹で加減は気持ち硬めで、モチモチ感はあまりありませんでした。

島田店は厨房がピカピカで素晴らしく、期待して藤枝店へ、こちらも良い感じ、ラーメンも美味かった。
定番の大喜ラーメン！細麺でキムチ乗ってて美味しかった！少し駐車場が入りにくかった。
子どもにも優しい。美味しい。蔵の系列っぽいので、懐かしかった。次は、大喜ラーメンを食べたい。
