観光客向けとは言え、たしかに漁協直営のように見えました。
その理由は簡素なつくりと、セルフサービスで料理を受け取るカフェテリア方式、
主婦のパート調理・・
生シラスは売り切れで、釜揚げしらす丼をいただきました。1000円ならCPは高いですね。
食材に特化した食堂と割り切っていけば、アリだと思います。
