【訪店日時】
9月下旬の日曜日ディナーでお伺いしました。
かなりの予約困難店でしたが、友人に誘ってもらい初めて伺うことができました。
焼津駅から徒歩30分程度の立地にも関わらず恐るべしです。
ちなみに近くにあるサスエ前田魚店さんは日曜日休みでした、、、残念。
【店舗内】
店内の真ん中には趣のある中庭があります。
また木をふんだんに使ったテーブル、テーブルから見える壁一面には世界地図をモチーフにしたものが飾られております。
座席は8席と少ないですがその分濃密な時間を過ごすことができます。
【メニュー】
お任せのコースで、デザートまで合わせて約10品とボリューム的にも満足感が高かったです。
魚をメインにした料理の数々で、感動がすぐに上書きされていく経験は初めてでした。
【メモ】
料理をしている最中のライブ感も楽しめます。
お酒もとっても美味しかったです

ありですね。予約争奪戦を戦って予約を勝ち取りたいものです。
