It was one of the shops I wanted to go to as My Levy seems to visit it regularly. However, even if you take the day off on the first day of every month to try it out, it's a very difficult restaurant that runs out of seats within 10 minutes. If you imagine going on a day when the store is open rather than on your desired day, you might have a chance. This time, I was able to go. The shop is located about 1,200 to 1,300 yen by taxi from Yaizu Station. ●Clam and seaweed soup The large clams are fresh and filling. The soup is a natural, rich soup made with only water and takes advantage of the flavor of clams. ●White clams White onion sauce, cauliflower puree Clams have a mineral feel that goes well with alcohol. ●You can enjoy freshly fried yellowtail fritto, turnip soaked in light snow salt and wine. It's a frit so it feels light. ●Sauced with mackerel, rape blossoms, and red onion You can enjoy the ingredients, texture, and flavor of the horse mackerel by marinating the thickly cut sashimi. ●Bread ●Sauce of Spanish mackerel, kitaakari puree, sweet tomatoes, and crustaceans Cooked like confit in slow-cooked oil at a low temperature. ●Pie-wrapped cutlassfish Contains onions and perilla leaves stir-fried until golden brown. The sauce is beurre blanc sauce. ●Roasted Takamori beef from Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Uses Numamoto cut meat and thigh parts.
