ふじのくに茶の都ミュージアムの2階にあるレストランで、お茶を練り込んだざる蕎麦が美味しかったです。
本わさびを自分ですりおろして食べるので、から過ぎず良かったです。

休日なので予約して行きましたが、ミュージアムも含めてガラガラでした。
30年３月にオープンしたふじのくにお茶の都ミュージアムに付属のレストラン。
