静岡県菊川市の住宅が立ち並ぶエリアに
構える風情のある日本料理店…
地元愛の強い大将の高木さんが、静岡で
獲れる秀逸な地元食材を使い腕を振るっ
た料理が目の前に並ぶ…
今回メイン食材は口にするこの出来ない
ドーマン蟹、、大きく筋肉質な渡り蟹の
親分みたいな風貌と存在感が凄過ぎる…
真っ赤に茹であがったドーマン蟹の雌は
オレンジ色に輝く内子と蟹味噌が目一杯
甲羅に詰まる〜思わず"なんじゃこりゃぁ"
と声が漏れる驚愕の食べ物‼️
さてコース料理のテーマであるドーマン
蟹と越前蟹食べ比べの感想ですが…
ドーマン蟹らしい味の濃い蟹身や内子や
蟹味噌…越前蟹とは全くの別物〜其々の
特徴がある中、、敢えて決着を付けると
云うなら…僕も根強い人気を誇る渡り蟹
派かも知れません。丁度馬に例えるなら
越前蟹は競走馬、ドーマン蟹は農耕馬の
道産子がピッタリ似合う。
毎年このドーマン蟹を食べる為に此方に
通いたいと思う自分に呆れる始末笑笑
