富士山の麓の町、富士宮市にある「そば処美やじま」に行ってきました!
ここのお蕎麦は、富士山の伏流水(バナジウム水)を使って打ってるということです。
その蕎麦はコシがあり喉越しもよく美味しかった。蕎麦の香りもよく、聞けば2種類のそば粉を使ってるとのこと。ぜひ食べてもらいたいと思える一品でした。
このお店はうなぎも美味しいとのこと。ここのうなぎは蒸さずにじっくり焼くだけとのことで、ふっくらとした食感はないが、その分うなぎの旨みが凝縮されていてとても満足できた。
その他にもいろいろなメニューがあるみたいなので、また今度ぜひ伺いたいと思う。
