富士宮市村山にあるお蕎麦屋さん。
金曜から月曜までの週4日だけ営業しているお店。
国道469号線から林道を通っていくとお店があるのですが、こんな森の中にお店があるの？というくらい道幅も狭く周りに家もありませんが、そんな人里離れた場所に、ぽつんとお店が佇んでいます。
粗挽き十割そば(1,050円)を注文。
店内はBGMは無くとても静かです。
しかし、それがこのお店の良さでした。
周りに家も無く、車の音も聞こえない森の中。
風にそよぐ葉っぱの音や、鳥のさえずりが聞こえ、それが最高のBGMになっています。
そんな雰囲気を楽しんでいるうちに、お蕎麦が運ばれてきました。
写真撮って早速いただきます。
シャキッとした歯ごたえに、蕎麦の甘さを感じます。
つゆも鰹節の香りがしっかりして美味しいです。
あっという間に完食。
食べ終わる直前にそば湯もきて、つゆも残さずいただきました。
当然、そば湯もトロトロです♪
お店が静かなので、大勢で賑やかな感じより少人数で来ることをお勧めします。
