７月にオープンしたばかりの富士山麓のチーズ工房の「モッツァレラ」
7月下旬の静岡グルメツアー２日目。
静岡市郊外の宿場町・丸子の『渓月』で「とろろめし」を食べた私と古い友人は、
次の目的地・富士宮に向かうべく車を走らせていた。
今回のツアーは急遽だ...

ドバイから帰国後２週間の自主隔離期間中。
仕事始めにも義母の誕生日会にも行けずひたすら妻と謹慎の日々。
二人はもうふだんはお互いが別の事をして、食事に関してのみ一緒にしてい...
カビ系やミモレットの様な熟成チーズは除いて、一般的なモッツァレラやカチョカバロがまるで生乳そのものを食べてるみたい！
