Food A dish created by the chef using plenty of ingredients from Shizuoka, a treasure trove of ingredients.
Fenice uses ingredients unique to Shizuoka and aims to be locally produced for local consumption. We use fresh fish from Suruga Bay procured through our own route, nutritious "Mishima Seiroku vegetables" that allow you to enjoy the taste of Mishima, and "Mt. Fuji Okamura beef" with light fat and delicious lean meat, and are innovative with health and beauty in mind. We will serve you with a bright plate. I use at least 5 to 6 different types of salt, and I don't cut corners when it comes to seasonings. Please enjoy higher-grade cuisine that brings out the flavor of the ingredients and will satisfy you with its texture, taste, and appearance.

We offer courses that can be used in any situation. Among them, the lunch course "Leggiero" packed with seasonal ingredients is recommended as it can be easily enjoyed with pasta, amuse, antipasti, and dolce. Also, at lunch, the 40 cm long cheese called "Bella Rodi Raspadura" that is served on the Mishima Seiroku vegetable salad is shaved right in front of your eyes, giving it a lively feel. We also have dinners with a selection of exquisite dishes, so be sure to enjoy them on special occasions or for dinner parties with friends.

We have a wide selection of wines selected by our sommelier, including organic wines from Italy, France, America, and other parts of the world. Our four cellars house approximately 400 bottles of wine, so we have a rich lineup. We will also suggest pairings to match each dish and your preferences, so please feel free to ask. We also have various local beers such as Gotemba Beer and Numazu Lager, as well as Shizuoka alcohol, such as Fuji Japanese whiskey.
