Miyazaki beef is the name given to Japanese black cattle produced and fattened in Miyazaki prefecture whose meat quality is grade 4 or higher according to the Japan Meat Grading Association. We have won the Prime Minister's Award at the National Wagyu Beef Competency Exhibition. The secret to its deliciousness is its exquisite meat quality, fine marbling, and well-balanced redness.It is juicy but not greasy, and has a smooth texture.
