We are particular about local production for local consumption, and use only seafood caught in Suruga Bay. The vegetables used are Mishima vegetables from the Seiroku area of Hakone, and you can feel the powerful flavor of the vegetables grown in the blessed soil and temperature. The meat is carefully selected from high-quality Japanese black beef from all over Japan. Enjoy the mellow Steak with crispy grilled garlic and three types of salt.
