,富士を眺めながらの一流のフレンチ、最高でした❗
気になっていた、このお店に妻と。
すべての料理がとても味わい深く新鮮で美味しく堪能できました。
ランチメニュー(¥5,500)は写真の順番で、料理の説明も丁寧で質問にもきちんと対応してくれました。
特に印象に残ったのは三番目に出されたサラダ。一見「かまくら」をグリーン色になるまでかき混ぜてほしいとのこと。実は30種類の野菜などが入っているとのこと。人参やブロッコリー、燻製サーモンなどが入っているがかき混ぜたグリーン色のソースで見分けがつかない。いったい何を食べているのやら。でも、どれもが美味しい、不思議な感覚だ。
選択メニューで「金目鯛」料理を。いか味噌ソースとの相性が抜群でしっかり金目鯛自体の味が味わえる。大正解の選択でした。
赤ワインや甘夏ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶は別料金ですが、十分フレンチを堪能できました。
