朝7:30に並んで、2回転目で8時に入店。
若い頃の立川談志に似た親方が、1人でお冷出しから料理、ドレス、客出しまで手際良くされておりました。
注文は夫婦で「地鯵丼」を各1つずつと、単品の「鯵フライ」を注文。
両方の料理共、鯵の骨せんべいもあって、また「地鯵丼」の鯵はいわゆる「漬け」でなので特に醤油とかで味付けせずにそのまま食べる方式で、付合せで「しじみ汁」と「ししゃもの卵のわさびマヨネーズ和え」があって、独特の食感も楽しませてもらいました。
鯵フライは揚げたてのホクホクの鯵を火傷しないようにマヨネーズ＋練り唐辛子を着けてほおばりました。
鯵づくしの朝食、良かったです‼️
