現在は深海魚漁の禁漁期間となっており、天丼中心となります。 |
今日のお昼は戸田でいただこうと、『深海魚料理 魚重食堂』へ、初訪問でやってきました。
卓上のメニューを確認しますが、全部“深海魚”を使用しているのかがわからず、店員に聞いてみようと思って周りを見たら、黒板の『深海小えびかき揚丼(1750円)』が目に入ったので、確実に“深海魚”ということで、こちらを注文しました。
なんかいかにも海鮮食堂って感じの店内で、しばし待つことに。
割と早く、大きな深海小えびのかき揚げが乗った丼、切り干し大根、漬物、味噌汁、黒糖ゼリーがお盆に乗った『深海小えびかき揚丼』がやってきました。
それではさっそく天丼たれをかけていただくことにします。
深海小えびのかき揚げを一口いただくと、深海海老らしからぬプリップリの食感がなんとも心地よく、噛めば噛むほど深海海老の旨みと甘みが口の中いっぱいに広がって、衣のサクサク食感と天丼たれと相性抜群で、すご～く美味しい！
ご飯と一緒にいただくと、箸が止まらないほど、ご飯が進む！進む！
深海海老のプリップリ食感の余韻に浸りつつ、別の深海魚料理もいただきたいと思いつつ、めっちゃご満悦ナリ～！＆ご馳走様でした！
