Established 29 years ago. ``Kushiya'' is a restaurant specializing in Grilled skewer, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and Creative Cuisine a special day at a turning point in your life, there is a |
[Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture] This is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) like restaurant located along the road that runs from Numazu IC on the Tomei Expressway to National Route 246. I was imagining something more like a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant, but it turned out to be more Western-style, with more Creative Cuisine, and less Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) than I expected. I visited on a Saturday night. The time was around 18:50. When I entered the restaurant, it seemed almost full, but I was told that a table would be prepared for me, and I waited for about 10 minutes before being shown around. Some people had already finished eating and were leaving. quick. [b: Appetizer. 330 yen. tax included. Cola. 385 yen. tax included. Assorted 10 skewers. 2178 yen. tax included. Tofu Salad. 715 yen. tax included. Sea bream carpaccio. 935 yen. tax included. Gomoku Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). 1078 yen. tax included. ] After about 4 minutes of waiting, the cola and appetizer came, the tofu salad came about 12 minutes after ordering, the skewer platter came about 23 minutes after ordering, the carpaccio came about 42 minutes after ordering, and Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) came about 62 minutes after ordering. As expected, the carpaccio and Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) were delivered too late, but my order might not have gone through. The 10 skewer assortment consists of 2 pieces each of 5 types. I thought it would have the salty flavor of regular peaches, but it didn't, and instead had a plum flavor. There are many things that look like rolled pork. Even if you look at the menu, the proportion of chicken in the skewers is low. Each one was large, and I thought the seasoning was a little light (for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)). The tofu salad had crispy grilled cheese on top. This cheese is delicious. I expected the red sea bream carpaccio to be a little more sour, but it was topped with something like regular Italian Cuisine dressing, giving it a slightly sweet flavor. For some reason, it had corn flakes on it. Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) had sweet chestnuts on top, probably because it was seasonal. There wasn't that much chestnut rice in it. The amount of Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) was larger than expected, and it seems to be about 1 cup. My stomach is full. I felt like I let my guard down and asked for too much. Overall, everything was delicious, and many were different from what I expected from the store name. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
