We offer bento lunches made by a chef with a French background. The appeal is that you can easily enjoy French cuisine that has been painstakingly prepared. One of our recommendations is the "Japanese Black Beef Roast Beef," which is carefully prepared at low temperature and is a dish that remains delicious even after some time has passed. It goes great with a Japanese-style sauce made with pears and rice. The cream-based gratin "Potato Gratin Dauphinois," baked in the oven for over an hour, is also delicious. We use an abundance of carefully selected domestic meat, seasonal fish purchased directly from the fishmonger at the market, and fresh vegetables delivered directly from the local Izu Medical Farm.
