《再訪》
梅雨入りしたので、スタミナでも付けようかと伺ってみました。
お願いしたのは「ガーリックライス 牛肉のせ」
スープは鶏肉とアスパラのピリ辛胡麻スープをチョイス
(もう一種は、かぼちゃの冷製スープでした)
運ばれてきたガーリックライスは、なかなかいい感じ
さっそく一口いただいてみると、塩味ベースにニンニクの風味が効いていて美味しいですね
ところどころにスライスしたニンニクも有って、なんだか元気が出るような気がします♪
そして、ほんのり甘味の有る溶き卵が絡んでくるのも良いですね
お肉はトッピング程度と思ってましたが、意外にボリューム有ります。
そして、この肉のタレがまたガーリックライスの旨味をアップ！！
スープも、たまたまこのチャーハンに合う感じのピリ辛感が良いですね
う～ん なんだか元気が出てきた ような気がする

なんだか親子丼気分なので、伺ってみました
ランチメニューはいくつか有るのですが、最初から決めてます
親子丼
「大山地鶏の親子丼」と、あります
スープは、2種類の中から選ぶスタイルで、玉ねぎとベーコンのスープを、お願いする事に
店内に流れる川を眺めながら、待つことしばし
運ばれてきた親子丼は、なかなかいい感じ
水菜のサラダやスープをいただいて、親子丼はというと、
やや大ぶりの国産地鶏の食感が良く、半熟卵と相まって 美味しい♪
刻みのりや、三つ葉の香りもいいアクセント
スープも、玉ねぎの甘みとベーコンの旨味が出ていていいですね
がっつりお腹が空いているときは、名物？のランチセットを、いただいてみたい
