見るからに、昭和のお寿司屋さん。多分、絶対入ることはないとずっと思っていた藤すしに行ってきました。
この近くにかまのという和食屋さんがありましたが、そこが閉店したと聞き、調べたら、ここ藤すしで頑張ってると聞いたので、行ってみることにしたのです。
中に入ると、見た目と異なり、中は最近改装したと思われ、明るい色を基調としたモダンな空間でした。
好きな席へどうぞということで、2人のランチでいいの？というようなゆったりした個室へ。
ランチはちらし、特選チラシ、特選にぎりの3つ。
最初に小鉢がつきます。マグロのポン酢おろしというのでしょうか。これがいきなりびっくり、美味しいです。期待が高まりますね。
チラシの方も、いいネタを使っています。寿司飯もきれいです。きゅうりも隠し包丁が綺麗にしてあり、なかなか細かなところも行き届いています。ばらちらしは、味が付いているので、足りなければ、醤油を付けてということでしたが、そのままで充分美味しかったです。特選ちらしで一つ残念だったのがデンブがたくさん振ってあったことです。
お汁は赤出汁。立派なエビの頭が入ってました。いい出汁がでてますね。
これだけ食べて、チラシは880円！これを知ってしまうと、魚がしはもう行けませんね。沼津の山正に並ぶくらいなら、むしろ、こちらの方がいいんじゃないでしょうか。大満足でした。
