新店舗は旧店舗から3m隣の建物に移転しただけ。 |
平日の10時45分着、駐車場は一番乗り！
受付は11時からだが、次の車が来るまで車で待つ事にしよう！！
30分後、2台目の車が来たところで店へ向かう！！！
結局、5番目の待ち順で入店。
初見はやはり《山正丼》か⁉︎焼き魚定食とも考えたが、この日は秋刀魚では無かったので王道の注文。
最近の傾向で海鮮丼の白飯が酢飯では無く、ご飯そのままが多い中、此方は軽めの酢飯。海鮮との相性が良い。
個人的には蛸の歯応えが心地よく、他の生魚とのバランスを整えている。ご飯大盛り無料も嬉しい限りで、ペロッと平らげてしまいました。
大将？若大将の目配りが素晴らしい。板前さんの連携も見事で抜かりが無い。カウンター越しから見ても、その仕事ぶりが、料理を美味しくさせている。
強いて言うなら、トイレが座敷の中なので、靴を一旦脱がないと行けない不便さ位か？
