新店舗は旧店舗から3m隣の建物に移転しただけ。 |
この店の存在を知ってカレコレ10年は経過していますが、沼津駅から少し離れていて、人気店で…自身にとっては諦めかけの訪問ハードルが高い店。遂に夜ですが地元の方にお連れ頂きました。
『有名になりすぎて…昼は入れないし夜も大分前から予約しなくちゃ行けなくなった…』と。
お刺身盛りはお値段手頃（安い訳では無い）、ブリカマ塩焼き（1200円）、バクダン、トロタク…ビールや日本酒を少し頂いて、2人で1万円弱。
魚の鮮度が良く、お刺身は勿論、ブリカマなどかなり旨い。バクダンにはキムチが使われ韓国海苔で…これ無珍しいし美味しいです。
トロタクも上出来…握りも多少頂く予定が、この段階でお腹いっぱいに。
優良な鮨割烹居酒屋…ランチで有名な山正丼…美味しくリーズナブルである事は想像に難くない。が、夜も美味しいメニューが沢山〜板前さん・店員さんのホスピタリティも高く、本当は常連になって普段ちょっとした会食なら『山正行こか！』見たいな使い方にドンピシャなお店なんだと感じました。
10年越しの希望が叶って大満足…まて行きたい。
