新年一発目はタンからスタートネギも別盛りで用意してあり好き好きあるのでありがたい。
続いて絶品塩レバーこれも大きくて食べ応えがあります。
続いて和牛カッパ、これが今回一番の驚き肉質は硬めですが実に味があって美味しい。サンチュに巻いたり、ネギサラダに巻き込んで食べたら色々な食べ方で美味しい。
続いて特選和牛ハラミ、柔らかく文句の付けようにない美味しさ。
続いてホルモンと辛みそギャラ、写真撮り忘れちゃいました。ブリブリで臭みも無くもちろん美味しい。
〆は冷麺、細麺でさっぱりしてて焼肉の最後には最高の一杯でした。
全て美味しく完食させていただっきました。
