The fluffy Pancakes are baked slowly and carefully. We pay close attention to the finish of each Pancakes, and we work seriously with Pancakes in order to make them even better, with the aim of creating something that our customers will love. We will continue to take on new challenges in order to provide Pancakes that will make our customers say, ``It's delicious!'' and ``I want to eat it again!''

When you combine the slight milk flavor of the "milk sauce" with the "egg yolk sauce" to match the egg whites, you get an exquisite Pancakes that lets you fully enjoy the taste of eggs! The warm "corn potage" and the "fresh salad" with sausage are perfectly balanced! After-meal coffee is also available.

The ``Hinode Egg'' is so fresh and rich that you can even taste the yolk.We dig a well to find underground water from Mt. Fuji that is rich in minerals, and use non-GMO corn and nutrient-rich seaweed. We raise them with a lot of love and our proprietary feed, including vitamins and paprika and enzymes to give them their color.
