『伊豆•村の駅』内、三島ブランド｢日の出たまご｣を使ったエッグレストラン。
土•日曜日の激混みとはうって変わって、平日午後2時半を過ぎた頃は、70席ある店内は半分弱の入模様。
なのに、マニュアル通り案内する若い接客係が選んだ席は、カウンターの1番入口に近い席。ちょっと椅子を引いたら邪魔になる位、それにレジ横で忙しない。流石に、食事優先とは言え、この時間帯からは見込めないと思う。何とか、カウンター奥にはして貰ったが、その数分後に着た女性ひとり客にはテーブル隅席を案内している。
私、なんか悪い事した？
《ミニプリンパフェのスイーツセット》
値段から考えれば、コーヒーが付いてるので致し方ないが、卵を強調する余り、水分不足でボソボソ感が否めない。
パフェと謳う以上、もう少し滑らか感が欲しい。クリームも少なめだし、アイスクリームも入ってい無い。
