I went after 2pm on a public holiday and there was a wait of 5 groups. I was happy to be able to issue a ticket and wait while wandering around the store. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was seated and ate a 1050 yen demi-glace Omelette Rice made from raw wood shiitake mushrooms. A fluffy egg is placed on simple ketchup rice without any fillings, and the demi-glace is filled with thickly sliced shiitake mushrooms. Although the only ingredient was shiitake mushrooms, it was very satisfying.
