来宮～十国峠から流れて三島の村の駅をめざしました。
到着したものの、幹線からの右折禁止で往生していたら、
3キロ先に道の駅・川の駅ありとの看板。どうしようかと一瞬迷いましたが、
最初の志のとおりに村の駅に戻りました。
寝技食堂とは何とも仰々しい屋号ですが、5,000円の大盛を規定時間で食べれば道場破りということらしい。
我々は赤身・ビントロ・ネギトロなどが盛り合わさったトロとろとろ丼・1,680円。
味噌汁は付いていないので、価格とマグロの量を勘案すると、ちょっと物足りない感じです。
配膳の際にスタッフから案内があり、最初は醤油と伊豆産のワサビで、次にゴマダレで、
最後に(フリーの)魚のダシ汁を自由にかけてお茶漬け風に、とのお勧め。
魚の質はいずれも良く、ご飯も大変美味しいです。
ただし、お勧めのうちゴマダレは味が比較的強いので、
魚とのバランスがあまりいいとは感じませんでした。
最後のダシ汁は、過剰なくらいにかけてみましたが、
魚の旨味が存分に出ていて、初めて味わうものでした。これは非常に満足です。
最初の物足りなさはどこへやら、満腹感で店を出ました。ご馳走様でした。
