沼津港でご飯でも食べようとウロウロ
やはり海鮮の舌ですが
真鯛の専門店が気になり入店
店内はカウンターとテーブル席2つ
１人なのでカウンターに着席
オーダーは人気No.1の真鯛炙り丼
一杯やりたい気分になったのてエビスと鯛唐揚げを追加でオーダー
先ずはエビスと鯛唐揚げが出た来ました
鯛唐揚げはあまり食べた記憶が無いので楽しみです
思ったより沢山あります
先ず一口
ふわふわジューシーで美味い！
でも味は付いてないのでお塩でいただきます
思った以上に美味いです
ビールが進みます
日本酒にも合いそう
そしてメインの鯛の
炙り丼
炙り過ぎず生部と半々位の感じで楽しめます
味は少し薄味ですが、ご飯が鯛の出汁で炊いてあり美味いです
卵黄と混ぜていただき、濃厚な感じも味わえます
1/3程残したら今度は鯛出汁をかけて貰い鯛茶漬けにします
これがまた美味い！
上品なお味見
締めに最高！
満足です！
次回は他の鯛おつまみと鯛ラーメンで締める感じもいいな
今度は誰か連れて行こうかな
