丘の上の素敵なレストラン
湯河原でお気に入りのレストランです。
東名高速が混んでいて、宿に車を置いてタクシーで向かいました。
到着が13時過ぎてしまったのですが、事前に連絡をすると14時までに入っていただければいいですよ、とのことでしたので伺いました。
この日は猛暑、長時間ドライブで喉はカラカラ、ビールが旨い！！
お腹もペコペコですが、夜はたくさん食べる予定だったので、こちらではワインをいただきながら美味しい一品料理をつまむ感じでいただきました。
しらすのアヒージョと牛肉のカルパッチョはテッパンメニューです。
季節の真いかのいかわたソテー、どれもとてもおいしく、景色を眺めながらの至福のランチでした。

ランチをして帰ることにし、母のお気に入りのイタリアンレストラン「カフェ・エフェメラ」に行きました。
高台にたつ、一軒家レストラン。
店内はイタリアの田舎のトラットリアのようです。
午前中、部屋の片づけをして喉がカラカラ、まずは乾杯
はい…運転手の私はノンアルコールです
母の好きなしらすのアヒージョ。
しらすの塩加減とニンニクの風味、バケットに乗せたら完璧です
サバのスモーク。
この料理の美味しいこと！！
鯖が好きっていうのもありますが、スモークの香りがたまらないのです
渡り蟹のガーリックソテー。
食べにくいので、かぶりつきます
牛肉のサラダ。
隣の方がオーダーされていて、視覚から注文してしまいましたが、ドレッシングもまた美味しかったです。
アンチョビのピザ。
薄すぎてちょっと物足りない感じ、ぺロっといっちゃいました。
本日のお勧めから鯛のクリームソースパスタ。
ゆで加減もばっちりのアルデンテ、鯛は少しスモークしてあるのでしょうか、甘みと風味が絶妙でした。
ポルチーニ茸のリゾット。
お米もちょうどいいアルデンテ。
全品、大満足のお料理でした。
湯河原の隠れ家レストラン、地元の奥様方のランチ利用が目立ちましたが、東京から予約の電話が鳴ったりもしていました。
湯河原に行かれるなら、お勧めのレストランです。

湯河原に行くと寄るお店のひとつ。
湯河原は良い飲食店がたくさんあるので、素泊まりの宿を利用します。
ゴルフから帰って宿でゆっくり温泉に入ってから伺いました。
平日ですが、常連さんで満席です。
この日は牛肉のカルパッチョと牡蠣のグラタン、カルボナーラをいただきました。
どれも美味しいですが、牛肉のカルパッチョが絶品です。
