初訪
「熱海サンビーチ」と「熱海親水公園」の中間に在る路面店。
創業して40年超えの地モノの海鮮がメインの老舗洋食店のようです。
訪問2日前にランチをTEL予約。
開店の50分位前に到着してしまったので「尾崎紅葉」作「金色夜叉」の舞台となった「お宮の松」の記念碑を拝みにワンコと散歩...
店内、テーブル：4席x4 + 2席x1 の設定。
1200前後には満卓となりましたので、週末は要予約でしょう。
2名で頂いたのは、 ※ 税込
① 950円：網代産アジフライ
② 2750円：ランチ：平目のソテー伊勢海老ソース
③ 5700円：ランチ：活アワビのステーキ、肝入り赤ワインソース
???円：グラス白ワイン
お会計は、5千円チョット/人 でした。
以下、食した所感。
・②③のランチには、サラダ、スープ、パン（自家製ではないですが、リベイクしてあり風味も○です）、ドリンクがセットで付いてきます。
・メインの前に①がご登場。添えてあるタルタルソースと卓上の塩で食しましたが、後者が好み。
近くの小田原にもアジフライで有名な食堂【3.71】がありますが、段違いの美味さ...
違いの秘密は火入れの技もあると思いますが、見た目で感じるのは、パン粉のきめ細やかさと思います。
・②：① に続き皮目をパリっとソテーした食感と伊勢海老+バター？のソースの絡みが◎。残ったソースをパンで拭き取ると更に◎です。
・③：当店の看板料理でしょうか？ダイニング奥に鮑専用の水槽が鎮座しており、店舗側の推し感が満載...
「肝入り」に負けてしまい赤ワインソースを選択してしまいました。鮑を食する分には、違和感は然程ないのですが、残ったソースをパンで拭き取ると酸味が強過ぎるような...プロヴァンス風ソースが正解だったのでしょう。ソースが好みでしたら【4.0】です。
何にしましても、①②③共にハイレベルな料理でした。シェフの経歴は存じ上げませんが、フレンチの技をベースにした、火入れ+ソースなのでしょう。
同エリアには老舗の洋食店も充実しているようで、楽しみは尽きません...
