熱海の善作さん。
熱海＆蕎麦で食べログ検索してヒットしたので行ってみました。
【料理】
エビスビールを頼んで、刺身類を注文。どの料理も十分美味しいです。
種類も豊富、特に貝類が充実しています。
あとは、鰯の刺身があったら最高でした。
蕎麦は細切り手打ち、つゆはやや甘めですが蕎麦とバランスが取れています。
量もそこそこあるので、ＣＰ高いと思います。
ココ、海鮮類から蕎麦、シューマイまでメニューが豊富なので、今度は
夜にじっくり楽しみたいですね。
【店内、接客】
それほど広くはありませんが、ほぼ満員。繁盛店かと。
接客は、ご主人と女将さん？だけだったので、フル稼働状態で
こちらから声を掛けないと注文もできない状態でしたが、注文してから
料理が出るまでは、意外と早かった。
接客態度も、忙しい状況を踏まえれば◎です。
観光地にありながら、価格も平均的で好印象なお店でした。
また、再訪したいです。
