テングサを食べて育ったという大きなサザエは、想像以上の歯応えで、旨味も抜群。キモも磯の風味がガツンと感じられ、想像以上の逸品でした。イキがいい、とはこういう事だと改めて実感。
ご夫妻で経営されていらっしゃるお店だと思われますが、とても優しくおもてなししていただき、閉店間際の訪店でも快く対応していただきました。
店内の時計は7分進んでいるとの事です。きっと素晴らしい料理の数々に時間を忘れてフェリーに乗り遅れてしまう人が続出している事を受けての対応なのかと思われます。
間違いなく熱海に来たら行くべきスポットです。
