ハワイからの日本初出店という言葉に魅かれて。ランチで利用しました。
２人で行きましたが、同行者はロコモコ、私はパンケーキを注文。
パンケーキは「提供に３０分ほどかかることがあります」と記載されていましたが、二人で利用して１品ずつしか頼んでいないのだから、提供時間を合わせる、くらいのことはしてくれるかと思いましたが、先にロコモコ登場。食べ終わってしばらくしてパンケーキ登場。
せめて、シェアするのか聞いてほしかった。
しかも、パンケーキの下にシロップ ０円。と書いてあるのが謎でした。
シロップをわざわざ頼まないといけないの？
夏休み期間中で、明らかに高校生のバイトっぽい感じの店員だったので、そこまで気が回らないんでしょうね。
しかも数人いる店員がけだるそうに働いていて、正直、不快でした。
お客が来た時に席まで案内し、メニューを聞くだけ。
それ以外は店員同士で話したり、スマホをしたり。
客席に目を配り、水の追加くらいやってほしい。歩くのもすり足で、不快。
パンケーキはスフレタイプのふんわり系。メレンゲの味しかしない。パンケーキの味がない。
添えられていたバナナはおいしかった。
店の内装も、壁中に熱海のポスターが貼ってあり、ハワイ感薄い。
まぁ、熱海ですからね。芸能人の写真が貼ってありますが、おそらくハワイの店舗のものでしょう。
それが逆にむなしい。
観光地価格のため、値段も高い。
もう２度と利用しないと思います。
