At Izu Taro in Atami Station, we had local fish nigiri + arabashiri + bone Senbei (rice crackers) + fish fillet miso soup + citrus sour + golden sea bream kamaboko. We had lunch here before catching the train home. Three years ago, I wandered in and was surprised by the high standard of luxury. The local fish nigiri recommended by the restaurant was fresh and delicious. I ate all the fish that I don't normally eat, comparing the names (lol).Arabashiri is a local sake from Izu, but it was dry and easy to drink. The bone Senbei (rice crackers) were horse mackerel, but they go well with alcohol. The citrus sour seems to use citrus fruits from Izu, but it's not lemon sour, and has a less sour taste, and I paired it with kamaboko of golden sea bream. I would like to come for dinner next time.
