今回、熱海にある【おふく】さんに伺いました。
海鮮料理と韓国料理のお店です。
もともと、ご主人は漁師さんだったらしく、
その為、魚の目利きはバツグン。
奥さんはもともと、韓国の方らしく、
本場の韓国料理を頂くことが出来るお店です。
ちなみに、食材に関しては、
日本では手に入らない食材も、
本場の韓国料理から直接仕入れておられるのだとの事です。
そこで今回は、海鮮チヂミを頂きました。
外は、パリッパリ。
中は、もっちもち。
タコかいかかわかりませんが、
チヂミの中に独特の食感で、数種類の海鮮が入っています。
ピリ辛のタレにつけて食べると、これまた絶品でした。また、行きたいと思えるお店です。
