This is a restaurant near Atami Station. The irochaya restaurant next door was very crowded, but this one was empty so I went in. The famous menu here is the Golden Sea Bream Hitsumabushi and Sashimi Gozen, which more than half of the customers ordered. It looks like the photo. First of all, please eat it as is. Next, add the hot spring eggs, and finally add Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)style. It's 3 degrees delicious, which seems to be the selling point of this menu. Well, it was delicious, but I think the Nodoguro Hitsumabushi I had previously in Kanazawa was better. In addition to the set meals, this restaurant has a wide selection of blowfish dishes and other items that go well with alcohol, so I'm thinking of coming here at night next time.
