伊豆高原の和食処萬望亭

萬望亭は金目鯛やマンボウ(！)を始めとして、新鮮な海鮮料理を取り扱うお店。
そのほかメニューにはカンパチやブリのカマ定食の記載があるが、土曜日19時過ぎ、ブリカマ定食は既に売り切れ。
常識知らずの箱ヒゲには、ブリとカンパチが辛うじて違う種類の魚であると判別できる程度で、悔しがる理由も特にない。
素直にカンパチのカマ定食を頂くこととする。
◆カンパチカマの塩焼き定食 1850円
（食べる醤油ニンニクかけ豆腐、味噌汁、ひじき煮、ひとくち杏仁豆腐付き）
カンパチが非常に大きく、肉厚で脂の乗っていた。塩味も程よく、ふっくらと焼かれておりご飯が止まらない。
豆腐にトッピングしてある食べる醤油ニンニクはザクザクで風味良く濃い味付け。人気商品なのか、店内で購入することもできる。
他のお惣菜・デザートに特段工夫はないが、あるだけで十分嬉しいラインナップ。
ご飯を1/3程度残してしまった。食が細い方は注文の際にご飯少な目と補足した方がよいだろう。
やや観光地価格かもしれないが、ここまで立派なカンパチを頂けて、広々とした空間でくつろげるのであれば、仕方なし。
