はじめまして、網元料理徳造丸さん。
どどーんと「網元料理」が見えましたので
美味しいお魚の予感しかなく
入ってみました
大きな駐車場もありますので
団体客もくるんだろうなぁ、と想像しながら
入店しますが
まだそんなに混んでいない様子の12:00
西京焼御膳は売り切れでしたので
金目鯛味噌焼き刺身膳と金目鯛煮付け刺身膳
どちらも2,100円
お料理が運ばれてくる頃には
なんだかどやどやとお客様が着席
芸能人もたくさん来ている有名店ですからね〜
煮付けも味噌焼きも美味い！！
伊豆に来ると本当にお魚のおいしさを
きちんと感じることができて嬉しいです
味噌焼きもしょっぱ過ぎずちょうどいい
煮付けは煮汁が結構味しっかり目ですが
魚の身に染み込みすぎてもおらず
なんというか絶妙
お刺身も新鮮な上に
鮪、鯛、烏賊、桜海老の4種が惜しげもなく
盛り付けられています
更に烏賊の塩辛が3種
きゅうりと昆布のご飯のお供
ご飯が足りないです…
お吸い物はちょっと濃いめですが
お出汁の効いていて美味しい
これで2,100はコスパ良すぎですね！
