下田に行くことを決め、ガイドブックや食べログを参考にこちらに伺うことに決定。すぐに電話で予約を入れました。2週間位前だったかな。
お店の前に着くと、一組が待っていました。オープン時間になると戸が開いて、「予約の方〜！」と最初に呼んでくれました。予約なしの方もいましたが、その時点ではまだ席があるようで入れて、15分ほどで店内は一杯に。12時近くに来た方は断られていました。予約必要ー。
一番人気の刺身と金目煮定食を注文。小鉢二つ(ひじきの煮たのとお新香)がまず来ます。それから茶碗蒸し。カウンター席なので、大将と弟子(?)の動きがよく見えます。大将が弟子(?)にかける言葉はピシピシとしてるのですが、お客さんに対しては柔らかい言葉遣い。
そして金目煮はお頭の方の半身。甘辛い味付けが絶品です。お刺身は５種位だったかな。私の舌には、ブリが最高でした。デザートも付いてお腹いっぱい。この内容でこの価格は素晴らしい。
また、行きたいです。今度は海鮮丼が食べたいかな。
